تکرارکننده آشکارساز سوئیچ/مجاورت مدل D5032D، یک ماژول مناسب برای کاربردهایی است که در سیستمهای مرتبط با ایمنی در صنایع پرخطر، نیاز به سطح ایمنی SIL 3 دارند.
این واحد میتواند برای سوئیچها یا آشکارسازهای مجاورت مستقر در «منطقه خطرناک» (Hazardous Area) پیکربندی شود و وضعیت ورودی را به یک کنتاکت رله در «منطقه ایمن» (Safe Area) تکرار کند. مدار تشخیص خطای قابل انتخاب، برای سنسورهای مجاورت یا سوئیچهای مجهز به مقاومتهای پایان خط (EOL) در دسترس است.
در مدل دو کاناله، خروجی دوم را میتوان طوری پیکربندی کرد که ورودی دوم را تکرار کند، ورودی اول را شبیهسازی (تکثیر) کند و یا خطای ورودی اول را گزارش دهد. در صورت نیاز، امکان معکوس کردن عملکرد خروجی نیز وجود دارد.
