مشخصات و کاربرد رله مدل D5097S برند GMI – ماژول خروجی رله SIL 3
ماژول D5097 یک رله ایمنی مناسب برای مدارهای مرتبط با ایمنی تا سطح SIL 3 است که ایزولاسیون کامل بین ورودی و خروجی را فراهم میکند. این ماژول دارای کنتاکتهای NC بوده و برای جلوگیری از تریپ ناخواسته و افزایش دسترسپذیری فرایند طراحی شده است.
این تجهیز از بارهای NE، ND و F&G پشتیبانی میکند، با انواع PLC و DCS سازگار است و امکان تست پالسی خروجی را بدون ایجاد اختلال در عملکرد رله فراهم میسازد. همچنین قابلیت تشخیص اتصال کوتاه، مدار باز و پایش ولتاژ بار را در هر دو حالت روشن و خاموش بودن بار دارد. در صورت بروز خطا، وضعیت خطا مستقیماً به PLC منتقل شده و از طریق خروجی Fault نیز اعلام میشود.
